Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We partner with trusted carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier service level chosen at checkout:

Rasco Canada is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or unforeseen events (e.g., weather disruptions).

International Shipping
At this time, RascoCanada.com only ships within Canada. For U.S. or international orders, please contact us before placing an order.
In-Store Pickup
Currently, we do not offer in-store pickup at our Winnipeg warehouse.
